Prism is a developer, manufacturer and marketer of MIS/ERP (management information systems and enterprise resource planning) software products and shop floor productivity management tools for the printing and graphic arts industry. MIS/ERP products, such as Prism WIN, are typically used to manage all or part of a manufacturing business.

In the case of the printing and graphic arts industry, from job quoting and costing through production planning, inventory management, materials ordering, sales order processing and financial accounts. MIS/ERP systems can range from relatively simple products for small organisations to very complex products for multi plant businesses.

Specialist shop floor productivity management tools, like Prism QTMS, are used to report in real time on web press and bindery machine performance – highlighting productivity measures including throughput, downtime, paper wastage, ink usage etc.

Prism has strong positions in each of these product sets in its more established markets – Australasia and the UK/Europe. In the USA, Prism has achieved rapid growth in its initial period of operation and is positioned for further expansion.

We can take the report produced by the QTMS system to the paper manufacturers and they will refund us because the QTMS system is internationally recognised.
