Once you decide to invest in a Prism system, we assign you with a dedicated Prism Project Team.

During Project Evaluation, this Team helps you choose the modules that best suit your business. They then work with you in Project Planning to make sure the elements of your Prism MIS are installed with the least possible disruption to your workflow. Project Control & Reporting sees them ensuring that every agreed stage deadline is met, and at Project Completion they initialise and test your new system, then conduct a full staff training programme for all relevant personnel.

The important factors in implementation are speed, efficiency, and delivery of expected results. These can only be achieved in an environment of crystal-clear communication, involving people “on the same page”. And that is why, like the Prism MIS itself, we tailor the make-up of your Prism Project Team to suit the way you like to do business.
